How To Download the CLAT Exam 2022 Admit Card? Check the Step-By-Step Process

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam for admission to 22 law universities across India and is annually organised by the Consortium of NLUs. The CLAT 2022 exam is scheduled to be held on the 8th of May 2022. 

Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download the CLAT admit card online, as there is no facility for offline admit cards. The admit card for CLAT 2022 will be released in the second half of April 2022.

Steps to download your CLAT 2022 admit card:

  • Step 1: Log in to the Consortium of NLUs’ CLAT admit card page. 
  • Step 2: Enter your registration number/application number and date of birth.
  • Step 3: Click on the Download Admit Card button.
  • Step 4: You can now save or print your admit card.

OR

  • Step 1: Open the website of the Consortium of NLUs at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2022/
  • Step 2: Log in to your account by entering your registered mobile number and password.
  • Step 3: Click on the Download Admit Card button in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Step 4: You can download or print your admit card.

Steps to download your CLAT 2022 admit card in case of forgotten password:

  • Step 1: Open the website of the Consortium of NLUs at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2022/
  • Step 2: On the login page, click on the ‘Forget Password’ button
  • Step 3: A new page will open, where you need to enter your registered mobile number and click on the ‘Request OTP’ option, and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. 
  • Step 4: Enter the OTP and the new password.
  • Step 5: Click on the ‘Reset Password’ button, and a new password will be generated successfully.

The CLAT admit card contains all the essential details, including the candidate’s name, date of birth, guardian’s name, postal address, photo, signature, exam date and time, exam centre name and address, and instructions to follow exam day. The candidate is requested to check all the particulars carefully, as they should match the information given in the CLAT application form.

Things to carry to the CLAT 2022 exam:

  • Admit Card: It is mandatory to bring your CLAT admit card to appear for the exam. Candidates that cannot produce their admit card will not be allowed to sit for the exam. 
  • Photo ID Proof: The candidates must carry any original photo ID proof issued by the Government of India, such as the Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID.
  • Disability certificate: The candidates who have applied under Persons with Disability are requested to bring their disability certificate.
  • Stationery and other items: The candidates must carry requisite stationery for the exam and other things like a mask, sanitiser, water bottle, and an analogue watch.
