You can reduce the salt intake by doing the following:

  • To increase the variety of flavors and tastes, you can use spices instead of salt.

Sugary foods are tasty but they are rich in energy. Don’t consume too many sugary drinks. Don’t use artificial flavors. If you want to taste some sweetness try fresh juices instead of sugary drinks.

Eat Small Portions of Food:

At least 1.5 liters of fluid are required by an adult body daily. Drink plenty of fluids daily to fulfill this requirement.

Water is required for many chemical reactions in our bodies. It is also used for excretion and breaking down of food. Water is also required for respiration. You can drink fluids in various forms. Fruit juices, bone broth, plain water, and other healthy drinks.
